Yes, your doula rests while your baby sleeps to ensure they are alert and ready to respond when your baby needs care. We rest nearby, either in the same room or within earshot of a monitor, and are skilled at distinguishing between active sleep sounds and true waking cues. To provide this care effectively, we require access to a comfortable couch or bed during the night. Your family’s rest and comfort remain our top priorities throughout the night.
The VIP package is designed for families needing over 50 nights of support. It includes 1 year of daytime text support and can be fully customized to meet your family’s needs. Contact us for more details and pricing.
While our primary focus is on overnight care, daytime support may be available upon request. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
We recommend booking as early as your first or second trimester, as our services tend to fill up quickly. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate your needs, even on short notice.
Newborns often make a lot of noises during active sleep. Our team members are skilled at distinguishing between waking cues and active sleep sounds, ensuring we only intervene when your baby truly needs care.
Yes! All packages include a virtual or in-person consultation before services begin. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, share your goals, and ensure we’re a perfect fit for your family.

Yes! We understand that families may need support beyond the newborn stage. Whether it’s help with sleep routines or managing night wakings, we’re here to provide support for older babies as well.
Overnight shifts are 10 hours long, and start times are customizable. You can choose:
Absolutely! We provide comprehensive support for breastfeeding and pumping parents to make the night as smooth and stress-free as possible. For breastfeeding parents, we bring your baby to you or meet you in the nursery for feedings, refill your water, and offer snacks to keep you nourished. Afterward, we handle burping, diaper changes, and soothing your baby back to sleep so you can return to bed quickly.
For pumping parents, we help streamline the process by setting up your pump, ensuring all parts are ready and properly sanitized. Once you're finished pumping, we take care of cleaning and sterilizing all pump parts and storing your milk safely. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or have questions about maintaining your milk supply, proper storage, or pumping techniques, we provide guidance, resources, and encouragement to help you feel confident and supported.
Our goal is to ensure that feeding sessions—whether nursing or pumping—are as efficient and restful as possible, so you can focus on recovery and bonding with your baby.
We suggest booking 2–4 nights per week for at least 12 weeks to ensure you and your baby have the support you need during the critical early months. Some families prefer short-term support, while others extend care to several months or even a year. We’ll work with you to create a plan that fits your unique needs.
Overnight care involves one of our team members arriving at your home and handling all of your baby’s needs during the night. This includes feeding (bottle or bringing baby to the breastfeeding parent), burping, diaper changes, soothing, swaddling, and keeping a detailed log of the baby’s night. We also clean bottles, pump parts, and restock the nursery so you can wake up feeling rested and ready to take on the day.
